We make it our business to find a better way, often overcoming physical and regulatory barriers, to chart new and improved pathways to meet your pharma service needs. 1919: Caligor Coghlan Pharma Services’ deep and diverse history began when Caligor Rx was founded as a retail pharmacy in New York City. 2001: Caligor Rx evolved to provide clinical trial services for comparators and ancillary products assisting our clients with global clinical trials. 2015: Caligor Rx added pre- approval access/ early access program support to its menu of services after identifying a gap in the market for a high- touch, full-service model. 2016: Diversis Capital, a Los-Angeles based private equity group, acquired Caligor Rx and renamed the company Caligor Opco. This significant business change and the associated investment afforded Caligor Opco the opportunity to expand and enhance services for our clients. 2017: Caligor Opco acquired The Coghlan Group (est 1996), a specialty packaging and labeling company located outside of Austin, Texas. Through this acquisition, Caligor Opco expanded our service offerings to include secondary packaging and labeling. 2019: The organization was renamed Caligor Coghlan Pharma Services.
