As a member of the Wooden Door Sub-committee of China Timber Distribution Association, Grand Wood-Based Industry Co.,Ltd is the first manufacturer that specialized in the production of hollow core chipboard in China. With a plant of 10,000 square meters, we have 9 self-IPR-owned PIC extruding production lines which will bring an annual output capacity of 80,000 cubic meters. We adapt high quality wooden cores and environment friendly glue to produce “Grand hollow-drilled door cores” which are in conformity with the standards of E2 or E1.Our product is featured as sound insulation, heat preservation, anti-impact, stable in dimensions, hard to distortion, straightens out and smooth. The product reserves the virtues of wood and gets rid of its weak points such as shrinking after drying while swelling after being wet, which can be applied to various types of wood door cores. Regarding to the product itself, its impact resistance can reach 20kg/cm2, with sound insulation over 28 db, density of 280kg/m3, the aperture of the product is 27mm, and the product specification will turn out to be: 1250*2000*34mm、33mm. We adapt environment friendly glue and products reach low formaldehyde content, besides, all of our products have passed the supervision and testing executed by the State Bureau of Forestry. From the above, our product is indeed ideal green and environment friendly material of door cores.
