With a background in financial planning, mortgage broking and real estate my primary focus is to ensure my clients are provided with the correct information and education through the buying journey. I believe all buyers should have the same level of representation as a vendor. As a Buyer's Advocate, I level the playing field for buyers and represent them throughout the entire purchasing journey. I place a focus on ensure my clients are looked after with the greatest of care through the buying process. Purchasing property is a task that most would undertake a handful of times in their life. It is an extremely daunting situation for many and trying to understand the market can be overwhelming. My goal is reduce the fear and anxiety of buying a property through education and trust. I also offer vendor (selling) advocacy services at no extra cost to my clients. The benefit is I can assist with advising on any minor renovations or cosmetic changes, interviewing real estate agents, selecting an agent, marketing advice, commission negotiations, home open feedback and advice, price negotiations and auction advice. Effectively you have two agents working for you to obtain the best possible result for you. We split the commission so that you don't pay anymore for our advice and assistance.
