I help Black women and women of color take off the mask they wear in corporate America and gain the clarity and action plans they need to advocate for and create the careers they want. Because I believe that everyone deserves to have a career that aligns with their talents, values and purpose, and I know companies will produce exponentially better results when this is true. One of the things that often gets in the way of this is the systemic and institutional racism that shows up in many corporate cultures. So in addition to the work I do with individuals, I also work with corporations to break down biases and create more equitable and inclusive cultures that empower employees to bring their full selves to work so they can fully leverage their talents and thrive in their careers. And that is why I started Real Talk Tasha where I provide career coaching to individuals and diversity, equity and inclusion training to organizations. I have lived experience stemming from my 10+ year marketing career at Fortune 100 companies where I not only deliver results behind brand-building, but I also lead several D&I and racial equality initiatives that have delivered double digit improvement on annual employee surveys. With my background and experience, I have a unique talent of bringing a product innovation lens to creating diversity and inclusion strategies that maximize impact.
