(MITA), is a 100% subsidiary of Marubeni-Itochu Steel Inc., Japan (MISI), which is a strategic joint venture for the steel business between Marubeni Corporation (MC) and ITOCHU Corporation (ITC). These 2 companies are the ultimate parent companies and each of them has 50% of MISI equity. The Tubular division of Marubeni-Itochu Steel Inc. (MISI) was established in 2001 to supply steel tubulars to our customers in the Oil and Gas Industry. With a global network of 75 offices spanning five continents we have the scope and experience to supply a wide range of steel tubular products from the world’s leading steel mills in Japan, USA, Korea, China and Europe.
