Our standard of excellence dates back to 1876 when the company was founded by A.M. Monteith. Seventy-five years later, Monteith Abstract & Title Company was purchased by Frank J. Turner, Sr. and is still owned and operated by the Turner family today. Monteith Abstract & Title Company provides abstracting, closing and title insurance services to buyers, sellers, realtors, mortgage lenders and builders in the Central Texas area.
