Tempus was created by founding partners Shyllo Kofoed and Craig Soderquist to provide investment opportunities in commercial property. As partners in Central Alberta's most renowned commercial property appraisal firm and with significant knowledge of the Alberta real estate market, it was evident that many opportunities were being missed by investors not intimately familiar with the Alberta marketplace, management teams not having appropriate expertise in real estate and finance, or not having the right network of contacts to expand on the opportunity.
