Triad is a crossover between a research institution, technology house and a consultancy service. Triad progress remote sensing concepts from idea to verified and documented technology. The core competencies of Triad are electromagnetic or acoustic wave propagation and scattering (in air, water or ground) as well as related sensor systems and algorithms. Triad have experience from research, development and demonstration projects for remote sensor applications in military intelligence, security, automotive, maritime and environmental radar sensing, sonar arrays, seismic illumination inversion techniques and oil-on-water radar. The work performed in Triad has been sponsored by large international customers as EADS, BAE Systems, Statoil and Eurofighter as well regional and international public funding.
