The Company provides a high quality efficient manufacturing service in supplying bespoke components primarily to the composite moulding industry, underpinned by ISO 9001 accredited systems and procedures. The full supply process from quotation through to delivery note and certificate of conformity is supported by a production engineering software package providing full traceability of materials and parts manufactured. Materials utilised in the manufacturing process are varied such as specialised engineering rigid foam, cured carbon fibre plate stock and various plastics. Components are manufactured in prototype and small batch quantities of ordinarily 1-20 off. Customer supplied 3D design data is imported directly into our CADCAM software package where machining cycle programs are determined and generated for verification prior to being made available for the production process.
