Here’s what we can do.  Large molds: mostly for automotive projects, with width and length up to 2M, with weight up to 15T.  Multi-cavity molds: mostly for caps & closures, tubes…  Two-shot molds: molded with two different materials in one mold.  Overmolds: hard substrate molded with soft material, two molds needed.  Insert molds: for plastics molded with metal parts.  Shuttle molds: one A side with two B sides shuttling on the bottom of vertical injection machine.  Auto-unscrewing molds: for plastic parts with inner or outer threads.  Prototype molds: made out of aluminum or local P20.  MUD molds: DME standard. Our skillful tool makers are very familiar with DME and HASCO mold standards. By using imported Germany steels and advanced manufacture processes, our mold quality can be guaranteed.
