Soccer plays an integral part in the life of the athletes that participate in the sport, the Federation’s mission statement is clear and simple: to make soccer, a preeminent sport in Canada and to continue the development of soccer at all recreational and competitive levels. The federation works as an “umbrella” providing player and coaching development, along with national and international experience and exposure. Mission/Vision To organize, rule, administer, promote and develop the F7 soccer, providing a unique service to all of our members. Our emphasis is on player/coach development through enjoyment, mental, emotional growth, and social atmosphere, making soccer a preeminent sport in Canada. While competitiveness is encouraged, it should be remembered that “win at all costs” philosophy is not appropriate. Objective An effective organizational estructure, with clear and direct objectives, to offer a professional world class service that will drive soccer to consolidate as one of the main sports in Canada, and develop high performance athletes through a fun, safe and healthy game for ALL. All players are different, and because they are different their physical, social and psychological needs are different. Canada Soccer Federation recognizes this and the programs are aimed at meeting the different needs of ALL PLAYERS.
