Our featured service areas include family-owned businesses, community lenders, farms and municipalities. History The firm was founded in 1985 by Gary Bakke, George Norman and Thomas Schumacher. Our first office was in the Heritage Center in New Richmond. We now also have an office in Menomonie and serve clients throughout northwestern Wisconsin. In January 2003, the Richardson Law Office in Spring Valley merged with Bakke Norman. Richardson Tax & Accounting is also located in our Menomonie office.
