Our mission is to inspire and empower minority female middle and high school students to pursue STEM careers by connecting them to a supportive community and accessible resources so that they can break free from the barriers to entry, retention and promotion. Our vision is to create a pipeline of minority women in STEM that will impact the society, contribute to innovation and become part of the next generation economic workforce. We provide Coaching, Advocacy, Leadership Training, Mentoring, SAT Preparation, College Essay Review, Letter of Recommendation, College Search, and Scholarship search.
