We are a Grand Island Family owned business since 2011. You can find us through out WNY at Music Festivals, the Erie County Fair and local Food Truck events with one of our 4 Mobile Units. Our Award winning pizzas are hand crafted and made fresh from locally sourced ingredients and we proudly use Galbani Cheeses. Each pizza is made to order. Our Ovens are Authentic Wood Fire Brick Ovens and hard wood is our exclusive fuel source! A personal size pizza can cook in less than 3 minutes in our 800 degree oven! Wings are oven baked and charred to perfection, chop salad bar for Healthy Options and check out the other great foods we have to offer.
