The Center for Cognitive and Behavioral Health is a private group practice of dedicated professionals, committed to providing comprehensive, individualized mental health services in a warm and health-oriented environment. Each member of our team holds advanced training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), marriage and family therapy, and/or trauma therapy. Our Intensively Trained DBT Team offers full DBT programs for adolescents and adults, including individual DBT sessions, group-based skills classes, and skills coaching by phone. We also offer meditation classes, Naturopathic Medicine, and individualized therapeutic yoga services.
