Catalyst Choices launched on 1st February 2015. Formerly part of Warrington Borough Council, we ‘spun out’ with the aim of securing a sustainable future for our services and the customers we support and are now established as an independent Community Interest Company. We are an employee owned social enterprise. Our structure means that employees are involved in the running of the business, with a staff council and a staff Director on the Board. The structure means that the commitment of our staff and their relationships with our customers enables greater involvement, accountability and connection between the goals of the company and those we serve. Catalyst Choices is large enough to provide a wide range of varied and quality services, but not too big or remote to care. Ensuring that the interest of the communities we serve, customers and staff are at the heart of what we do.
