Come home to Cottonwood Canyon. Kansas City Homes & Gardens Magazine presented two Gold Awards in the residential community of Cottonwood Canyon in March 2011. These awards add to others received by the surrounding Golf Club of Kansas. Located west of Lenexa City Center and north of Prairie Star Parkway. The residential component of the development won for “Best New Community” and B.L. Rieke Custom Homes for “Best Model Home $750,000 to $1 million”. A Silver Award was received by Starr Homes for “Best Empty Nest”.
