oezpa was founded in 1994 in Berlin/ Germany by Dr. Hüseyin Özdemir (Visiting Professor) and Mrs. Barbara Lagler Özdemir from Lucerne/ Switzerland. We have worked in national and international companies as executives, as internal as consultants, as coaches and as Trainers as well as Researchers. In addition, we have gained external consulting experience in various consulting companies. These experiences ensure the continuous professionalization and further development of the oezpa Institute. Since its foundation 25 years ago, oezpa has established itself in the field of Organizational Development, Change-Management, Coaching and Digital Transformation. In its open Training programs, oezpa trains and coaches Consultants, coaches and employees from organizations in leadership and in consultancy as well as in coaching. In addition to the home market of Germany and Switzerland, oezpa was able to carry out comprehensive consulting projects and Training programs throughout the world, such as in the USA, China, Turkey, India, Israel, England, Poland, France, Italy, Malaysia, Switzerland, Ireland, Peru, Russia, Lithuania, Spain, Denmark and Austria. In 1994, parallel to our consulting activities, our visiting professorships began at universities: University of Wuppertal; Center for Leadership Studies (University of Exeter, England); University of the Arts (Institute of Electronic Business, Berlin); Nordakademie (the University of Applied Sciences); Fresenius University of Applied Sciences, Cologne; Filmuniversity Babelsberg KONRAD WOLF/ Erich Pommer Institute (EPI); CEIBS (Chinese European International Business School), Zurich Campus. Further visiting professorships at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad / India (IIAM), ESAN University Lima / Peru, University of Vilnius, Lithuania as part of our group relations activities. oezpa is the official cooperating Partner of the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations, London for the DACH-Region.
