The practice constantly evolved over the next few years, and eventually, EBM Inc. found itself in its second form; as a professional building maintenance company. Today, Expert Building Maintenance is proud to have developed into a full-service commercial general contracting firm, serving the Midwest. EBM has seen a considerable amount of growth within the last few years and is proud to be continually embarking on bigger and better projects while also remaining close to its roots in the Chicagoland area.
