Yoga Flower is an organically grown west Essex based teaching practice run by Yoga Alliance Professionals Senior Yoga Teacher Karen Howells and provides drop in group classes, workshops and private 1:1s in Loughton and the surrounding area. The essence of Yoga Flower is to specialize in working around the individual needs, ability and availability of the student so that anyone can find the time to discover, nurture and grow their practice. Drop in group classes and workshops are based in the dedicated Yoga Flower studio at Pro SW Gym in Loughton and private classes can be taught either there or in the comfort of your own home.
