We provide a unique and innovative tool called the Management Drives profile, which is the basis of the programs we provide to our customers. One tool, that can that help develop individuals, teams and entire organizations. Our innovative mobile app provides all our customers with the opportunity to learn more about themselves, connect with others with a Management Drives profile and make an unlimited number of group profiles. The mobile app provides long-term support to individual and team development long after the program or training has ended. The Management Drives profile shows what drives a person. Drives are a predictor of behavior. A better understanding of these drives helps individuals, teams and organizations better communicate, collaborate and perform optimally. The drives that we all possess determine to a large extent how we function in a team or organization. To a greater or lesser extent, everyone has a drive to feel safe, to gain respect, to structure things, to achieve results, to seek harmony and to understand things. The MD survey measures these drives quickly and accurately. By attaching a color to each drive, the results can be displayed in a clear and simple way. Six drives can be distinguished and measured for each individual. These drives have a different intensity and logic sequence for everyone, resulting in a large number of different profiles.
