The Fund has an attractive structure in which cornerstone investors are able to co-invest. Where there is capacity, these investors can invest directly into deals which they find particularly attractive. This enables the Fund to scale its influence whilst offering its investors flexibility. Being open-ended, the Fund provides an ongoing ability to gain exposure to these investments which may otherwise be closed.
