Among the many consumer and employment matters we handle, we help people with inaccurate credit / consumer reports due to identity theft and errors caused by creditors and consumer reporting agencies, unauthorized access to or use of consumer reports, the wrongful use of employment background reports, fraud and unfair practices on consumers, employment discrimination, disabilities in the workplace, unpaid minimum wages, unpaid overtime wages and misclassification of non-exempt employees, non-compete agreements and other employment agreements. We represent people throughout Wisconsin primarilly and occasionally in other states on special appearance. We handle cases in Federal, state and non-judicial forums.
