The Home Builders Association of Northern Colorado was organized in 1967 and chartered by the National Association of Home Builders as an Affiliated Association in May of 1969 to serve Northern Colorado, including Greeley, Loveland, Fort Collins, Fort Morgan, Windsor and surrounding communities. The Association is dedicated to promoting high ethical standards, education, and leadership for it’s growing membership. Through our active involvement, the goal of the Association is to be responsible to our communities and our environment. We provide information, services, and resources, thereby, enhancing the quality of life within our communities.
