Deliverables & Service Level Outline: 1. RO Operations - RO will facilitate 9 hours a day 5 to 6 days a week depending on the operational needs of practice. - All working hours dedicated by Remote Owl team will be conducted during the operational hours of the practices. - RO will provide any and all KPI reports upon request or on a bi-weekly basis according to the client’s preference. - Remote Owls will adhere to the expected service level set by the medical practice and handles managing the attendance, quality assurance of the agents dedicated to service. 2. Patient Demographics Management - Filling out Patient In-Take Forms - Updating Patient insurance/personal information on required systems/CRMs/Platforms. 3.
