All Planets Alliance (APA) is a Free-to-Play, Play-and-Earn blockchain-based decentralized gaming universe built as an economic ecosystem. APA is governed entirely by its users and composed of several games and other activities spread by multiple planets, where one can play, earn, learn, and create. Each planet has a different activity — such as games, social interaction, education, shopping, arts, or leisure — all intertwined in a single economy, with new planets launched periodically. A common and binding story connects the APA Universe and sets the tone and ethos of the community. All in-game assets will be Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) that can be sold and ownership transferred, and all users can cast new NFTs combining pre-existing ones. A lot of roles will be available, so users can gather value from different game assets. It is then in everyone's best interest to sell and trade those assets, encouraging a collaborative and circular economy. All props, energy, and materials can be used on any planet, and they will all be harvested, mined, produced, forged, found, or won by the players and not sold by any central entity. All Planets Alliance is governed by its users through a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) Dual-System: the APA MainDAO — that decides every aspect of the project and distributes all the profit to its members; and the PlayersDAO, that decides for everything concerned to the APA-Universe itself. Some planets can be governed by their own PlanetDAO that decides for everything of that specific planetary ecosystem. All the profit made by All Planets Alliance, whether in-game sales, marketplace fees, land sales, brand partnerships, merchandising, future movie releases, or any other type of profit, will be 100% distributed to the APA MainDAO members. The prime objectives of All Planets Alliance are entertainment, profit, education, and support of new projects and creations.
