Victim Relief Ministries is a 501c3 non-profit organization serving the victims of crime and disaster. The model for this ministry is the Good Samaritan from the Bible, Luke 10:25-37. VRM provides emotional and spiritual care for those who have been wounded by the actions of others, or by natural disasters.
