Childress Klein Center for Real Estate (CKCRE), part of UNC Charlotte's Belk College of Business, was established in 2005 with the mission to advance knowledge in real estate, public policy and urban economics through graduate education, applied research, and industry/community collaboration. It has been ranked among the 20 most active research institutions in real estate for the past decade. CKCRE administers a Master of Science in Real Estate program, the real estate concentration as part of Charlotte’s MBA program, and a post-graduate Certificate program in Real Estate Finance and Development.
