After 19 years at its previous location, Kalakriti Art Gallery will be relocating to a sprawling new space at the heart of Hyderabad. Being developed as one of the largest art galleries in South India, this new space is spread over a sprawling floor area of 4000 sq. ft. It will be home to Creatif, Gallery Cafe, Annexe with state-of-the-art facilities like lounge areas, private viewing rooms, library, expanded storage, and uniquely designed exhibition spaces like an art tunnel, along with wide parking space - all under one roof. With this new location we greatly expand our spaces as well as our commitment to our artists, patrons, friends and art-lovers. Kalakriti India is a group of companies in the field of Art, real estate and hospitality that is devoted to acquisition, preservation and promotion of art of Indian origin or art that features India as the subject. Philanthropic hand- Krishnakriti Foundation established in 2004 has the mission to promote art and culture and bring forth unique achievements by artists who have dared to break the mold through their vision and determination in their respective fields. The foundation conducts the Annual Festival of Art and Culture at Hyderabad each year in January to celebrate three abiding refinements of life — art, culture and education. In association with the EMB of France in India, the foundation provides a fellowsh to deserving candidates to study fine-arts in the art capital of the world – Paris. The foundation also sponsors education in fine-arts for candidates selected based on merit. Kalakriti Archives hosts one of the largest collections in India of antique maps, serigraphs, photographs and publications on the Indian sub-continent. It periodically showcases it's collection thorough public exhibitions, limited edition publications and merchandise. In collaboration with the Google Art Project, Kalakriti Archives is gradually digitizing its entire collection and making it available to scholars across the world
