Bryan Rutkosky, the owner, initially founded the company out of a garage in Parma Heights in 1993. As the company began to grow, Bryan founded Ber’s Heating & Cooling, Inc. With Bryan’s knowledge and excellent workmanship, it didn’t take long to grow a customer base in the thousands. In addition to his HVAC State license, Bryan obtained his plumbing and electrical license in 2005, moved the company to 1988 Pearl Road in Brunswick, and opened a plumbing and electrical division, along with Home energy Auditing and counter part sales. The company name was changed to Ber’s HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical. He now refers to the company as your “one stop service shop” handling your heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical needs.
