House of Trade™ Inc. is an online real estate database. Through our mobile app we provide sales data for the different property types of the Greater Toronto Area. Users currently have access to historical sales data, as we work to add demographic and real-time analyses of neighbourhood trends. This is our platform to help millennials with an interest in real estate get a better grasp of the factors affecting our local real estate market, and, with support from our real estate consultants, improve their customer experience.
