We are addressing the growing problems of counterfeiting and shrinkage with a communications platform that verifies authenticity of supply chain data related to the creation and life-cycle of physical things. Accessible to both brand owners and consumers, our platform enables communication that records and verifies provenance, supply chain integrity, and product authenticity at the POS, esp. when sold in marketplaces like Amazon where counterfeiters flourish. For brands, this item-level traceability also presents efficiency gains related to logistics, inventory management, forecasting, etc. We empower brands to create meaningful customer experiences through direct communication to the consumer’s mobile device, which can also support public health and safety with product recalls/withdraws.
