Emerging Leaders of Tampa Bay is a young professional leadership program of the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce designed for emerging leaders ages 21 to 35. Stemming from an initiative to recruit and retain talent in the Greater Tampa Bay Area, the Greater Tampa Chamber’s Board of Directors approved the idea in 2003 and Emerging Leaders of Tampa Bay was launched in May 2004. Emerging Leaders of Tampa Bay works to impact the business community across the region by providing professional development, networking, and community outreach opportunities for young professionals, as well as impacting public policy affecting the Tampa Bay business community.
