PK Delp was established in the Las Vegas area in 2006 by Sean Delp, the principal of the office, and he has built a strong boutique firm that can handle the many different aspects of engineering and seeing a project through inception to constructed completion. We have worked on numerous projects in the Las Vegas area, and around the country, ranging from retail/restaurant tenant improvements to ground up multi-story office complexes and medical facilities.
