Mexican Spice LLC was founded in 2014 after searching with no luck for authentic Mexican Food in the Chatham, New Jersey area. Starting out with small catering parties for friends and neighbors, Mexican Spice quickly gained recognition in the area and grew into providing ready-to-go meals in two locations and a recently acquired Food Truck which travels around the Garden State. At Mexican Spice we believe that true Mexican Food should not only be a culinary experience, but truly a cultural one. Which is why we make every meal with fresh ingredients and with authentic recipes as you would experience if you were in Mexico. The colors, the flavors and the Mexican culture is presented in each dish we create. For special occasions the decor is a unique part of the experience which is why we decorate with authentic Mexican elements to bring life to each space.
