www.poornam.coPoornam has designed a "Fish Bone Model" which throw light on the "Compliance to Completeness Journey" which creates healthy work culture. The compliance is mandatary from legal/ government point of view, however the solution is to stop such harassment is in creating Gender Inclusive origination. Organisations need to focus systematically on the Gender Inclusive initiatives which is our specialisation due to intense research on this subject. We believe Organisations need to look beyond legal aspect of this law. The current focus of orienting employees on dos and don’t is equally important but not enough. It is leading to a divide between two Genders with a mindset of fear, doubts and distrust. New Gender Conflict which was not existing before is manifesting now in the form of Fake cases. Further, there is a need to conduct separate programs for women employees to create an awareness of their responsibilities while using this law.
