APS was formed in 1991, and by 1997 had expanded into a Complete Property Remediation Company. Around this time APS became involved in projects nationwide such as re-imaging for large retail chains. Our staff are highly skilled, motivated and committed, and APS has a lengthy client list of significant and reputable organisations. We are market leaders in our commitment to Health, Safety, and Environmental practices, as is evidenced by our Toitū Carbon Zero accreditation in 2020. APS covers projects such as interior/exterior commercial property refurbishments, height safety systems, height related works, commercial/industrial painting, leaky building repairs, heritage building restorations, waterproofing, seismic works, light engineering, and nationwide painting and rebranding. We have significant ongoing contracts with Tertiary Educational Institutions, commercial property investment companies, commercial property management companies, national retail companies, Not for Profit organisations, kindergarten/primary/ intermediate/high schools, major hotel chains, shopping centres and malls.
