www.hispanicmn.orgHCCM is a well-managed, national award - winning-nonprofit community and economic development organization that provides training, technical assistance, college and careers pipeline, homeownership counseling, financial literacy and other resources to Latino individuals and entrepreneurs. It is managed by 13 unpaid, all professional Latino Board of Directors and presently has over 300 members. HCCM facilitates economic, civic and educational opportunities for the Hispanic community in our state. We engage in developing Latinos through collaboration with key partners, leadership, trainings and customized programs to prepare them to succeed in Minnesota. We are the voice, trusted coach and catalysts that help the corporations in Minnesota connect and see the value of the expanding Latino buying power and the human capital contribution to the economy of the state. We accomplish our mission of "Economic Empowerment of the Latino Community for a stronger Minnesota" through social entrepreneurship and volunteerism. Our program metrics include serving over 900 Latina high school girls for education and career exploration, 164 professionals under 40 honored for leadership and achievement, and countless referrals, collaborations, and business trainings live and online.
