NOV Elmar - Canada (DynaWinch Product Line) is an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and supplier of oilfield service equipment. We are your foremost single source supplier of equipment for the wireline service industry. DynaWinch was founded in 2001, and our ownership/management team has a combined total of over 80 years of experience in the manufacturing of oilfield equipment. DynaWinch started off in a smaller 20,000 square foot manufacturing facility where production continued until 2004. In December of 2004, DynaWinch moved into a modern 30,000 square foot building where production could be expanded and in January 2007, DynaWinch expanded once again by acquiring a third production bay to increase the total manufacturing area to 42,000 square feet. On 25th July 2012, National Oilwell Varco Inc. purchased DynaWinch Industries Ltd, which became part of the Elmar group of NOV. DynaWinch’s custom truck and winch designs fit well within the Elmar portfolio of well intervention equipment and join their existing range of pressure control equipment, masts, winches, slickline tools, and tubular products. The DynaWinch product range will continue to be managed from the existing facility in Calgary, Alberta and by the current DynaWinch management structure. Currently, NOV Elmar - Canada (DynaWinch Product Line) produces DynaWinch equipment in a state of the art 52,000 square foot manufacturing facility.
