IHS Property Management, a wholly owned subsidiary of MMA was established in 2015 to support the main business undertakings of International Housing Solutions (Pty) Ltd. IHS is a private equity fund manager, wholly owned by MMA and was established in 2005 to manage investments in affordable housing outside of the USA. Currently, IHS manages three private equity funds, a publicly listed REIT and a separate JV account for a Canadian pension fund, all totalling more than $500m of institutional capital. IHS Property Management undertakes the holistic property management function for IHS within Sub-Saharan Africa. Our core focus is affordable housing; providing affordable, safe, clean, and secure living environments.
