Tailored in home and community care services La Vita Care’s origins were in providing multicultural home care services for culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) seniors across Melbourne. This started with the Italian community and branched out to other European language communities. The organisation continues to provide multicultural home care services, though has strengthened its service offering to include: *NDIS autism support and small group adventures *TAC rehabilitation support and skill development *Aged Care hospital transition and rehabilitation support
