www.kewstudentresidence.com.auThe Residence commenced in 1961 on a not-for-profit basis. It was established and is actively supported by the Kew Baptist Church (www.kewbaptist.net.au). It aims to provide a supportive community environment for young adults moving to Melbourne to undertake tertiary studies at a number of universities and colleges, including Swinburne, RMIT, Deakin, Latrobe and Australian Catholic University. KSR can accommodate up to 50 students, in twin-share accommodation. It provides a safe and friendly environment, from which students can explore the possibilities of their early tertiary years. It is also a place where lasting friendships are made.
