We are Refour, offering a new material category for packaging with the lowest environmental impact, the lowest costs, and not least, one that is industrially scalable in a volume perspective. We produce RE-4 as roll stock equal to paper rolls, allowing for a drop-in replacement. Yet contrary to paper, no trees are harmed in our production. In our opinion, trees have no business being used as a linear take-make-waste resource but should be protected as an ally to restore biodiversity and thus balance to our planet once again. RE-4 is not a multi-material product, but a mono-material specifically designed to fit the circular economy. Not only does it reduce the use of industrial raw material – often to the extent of 70% - but it does so while keeping being fully recyclable in current infrastructures. We create a win-win situation that maximizes value for all stakeholders involved: The opportunity to reduce carbon footprint by 38% (flat rate average) while cutting costs, eliminating the trade-off between being eco-conscious and cost-effective.
