Planning and Development Consultants We are a chartered town planning consultancy established in 1986 and provide advice and services on all aspects of planning & development matters. Our clients range from major development and regeneration companies to individual members of the public and we are involved in a wide variety of projects across the North West of England and the UK. We adapt our role to meet the needs of our clients, whether this is acting as lead consultant co-ordinating multi-disciplinary teams, preparing stand-alone statements / assessments or simply providing planning advice.
