The Organization Engineering Group (GIO) is made up of a team of university teachers and researchers, all of them industrial engineers, belonging to the Department of Organization of Business and Marketing of the University of Vigo, who carry out teaching, research and collaboration activities with companies and institutions in the School of Industrial Engineering of Vigo. The members of the GIO, with extensive business experience in various sectors and business areas, both industrial and service, collaborate with companies and public bodies to respond to their management problems, in order to help them improve their competitiveness. Currently the GIO imparts a Course of University Specialist in Direction of Logistics and Production, new own title of the University of Vigo. Previously called Professional Master in Management and Management of Logistics and Supply Chain.
