Despite decades of research emerging from cognitive social neuroscience, neuroeconomics, neuropsychology, emotional and behavioural science, organisations haven’t leveraged this research to improve wellbeing and performance. ION is a global leader in applied neuroscience, offering educational opportunities, research partnerships and innovative consulting solutions so that organisations and people flourish. Co-founders Linda Ray and Dr. Justin Kennedy started the institute based on a shared frustration about the lack of integration between neuroscience research and organisational practice.
