The Oregon District Export Council is an all-volunteer 501(c)3 that brings together experienced international business people who provide guidance and assistance to companies seeking to expand international sales. The Council works with the local U.S. Commercial Service in Portland to support the region including Oregon and Southwest Washington. Oregon District Export Council works to encourage and support: •Exports that strengthen individual companies, stimulate U.S. economic growth, and create jobs; •Export expansion activities by working with the U.S. Commercial Service domestic offices; and •Promotion of greater export activity at the local level by developing a trade assistance network.
