ImOn S.r.l. opened in 2015 by the idea of its founding partner to create a boutique in the management of photovoltaic parks capable of integrating technical and management skills to be put at the service of specific investors interested in having a single reference’s point. The start-up phase of the project ended with the acquisition of the entire share capital of Energheia Italia O. & M. Srl – of which the Chairman of Imon was a promoter and director – a leading operator in the Operation & Maintenance market with a significant track record, both as an EPC Contractor and as an O & M Operator, managing several photovoltaic plants referable to important investment groups and institutional operators. This operation has allowed to bring within the Imon project all the know-how and human, technical and managerial resources, developed within an operational structure of proven credibility and professionalism. The Imon Group is today a reference’s point in the Operation & Maintenance sector but, above all, a reliable partner for its customers.
