Aermont Capital (“Aermont”) is an independent asset management group, focused on real estate and real estate related investment activities. To date, Aermont has raised a succession of four pan-European investment funds with total equity commitments of around €6 billion. The funds are mandated to invest in real estate and real estate related opportunities in Europe, under direct asset, corporate and credit situations. Aermont takes an operator-oriented approach, emphasising investments that offer long-term value creation opportunities for the associated assets and businesses. Aermont has contributed its operational expertise, market insights and financial capital to support the enhancement and growth of a number of established businesses, by working closely with management teams to pursue various strategic initiatives. Aermont is an independent self-managed business wholly-owned by five partners, including Léon Bressler (Managing Partner), Paul Golding, Vincent Rouget, Nathan Shike and Alison Trewartha. Aermont was established in 2007. It was previously associated with Perella Weinberg Partners, becoming formally independent in July 2015. In July 2016, the name was changed to Aermont Capital, though some entities (such as funds raised prior to that time) retained names referencing Perella Weinberg or PW.
