Venture Title Company is located on Maryland's Eastern Shore in historic Easton. It was founded in 1998 and organized as an employee owned and operated company. What that means to our customers is that each employee has a vested interest in customer satisfaction. The VTC employees have over 75 years of combined experience in the real estate business. In addition, VTC is supported by a local attorney with extensive experience in real estate matters. VTC is an agent for two national title insurance companies, Chicago Title Insurance Company and Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation.
